The organization retained SCI to identify and recruit a very senior level executive to lead a team of regional asset management professionals in the development and execution of strategies to drive value creation in a portfolio of nearly 40,000 affordable units, and also to participate as a member of the leadership team guiding the operation of the company.
SCI successfully completed the search assignment with the placement of an asset management executive with experience at two of the nation's top 50 affordable housing owners as well as overseeing LIHTC equity investments for a major financial services firm.
