The company engaged SCI to fill a critical role in the succession plan for its financial department, a director-level executive reporting to the CFO, and overseeing a team including an Asset Manager, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant. The position manages the financial and operational aspects of a growing multifamily rental portfolio which consists of affordable, market-rate apartments and a component of commercial space.
