To support the growth of the company's portfolio in the Northern California/Pacific Northwest region - where it had in place the land, tenant relationships, and financing to develop and build 2-3 million square feet of new space annually for multiple years - SCI was retained to recruit a senior professional responsible for site development, planning and entitlement of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and manufacturing facility projects.
