The organization has strong sponsor, advisor and fund relationships with other leading investment managers and has invested in over 90 co-mingled funds.
SCI was engaged to help hire an individual for a highly visible role, reporting to the CIO and overseeing a staff of investment officers and analysts responsible for the management of the group's real estate investment platform. The investments are structured as a combination of co-mingled fund relationships and separate accounts, including both direct property investments and joint ventures with operating partners such as REITs, institutions and private equity firms.
The search resulted in the successful hire of an accomplished real estate professional with expertise across joint venture, fund and co-investment strategies.
