SCI was engaged to recruit a senior professional responsible for the management of the real estate solutions group’s construction projects, primarily focused on large-scale, ground-up industrial warehouses and distribution facilities, but also including renovations of or improvements to existing or acquired properties.
The search was successfully completed with the placement of a senior building executive capable of managing the entire process from client/company/developer interface, to the selection of contractors, to monitoring schedule/budget, to project turnover for company-funded development deals nationally.
