Our client is one of the world's largest industrial real estate companies, acquiring or developing $5 billion in assets with a current portfolio of nearly 50 million square feet spanning major metropolitan markets in over 25 states.
To further assist in the company's growth strategy, SCI was retained to recruit an executive responsible for capitalizing industrial acquisition and development deals by managing both the debt and equity funding process for an asset from LOI inception to the final disposition. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the role would also have significant exposure to the firm’s executive leadership team, as well as external institutional investment partners.
Originally an engagement for one position, the caliber of candidates recruited by SCI resulted the the hiring of two individuals.
