SCI was engaged to recruit an executive responsible for enhancing the value of the property through the leasing and sale of the existing buildings on the site and by pursuing build-to-suit opportunities for the remaining land parcels suitable for development.
The search resulted in the hiring of a leasing executive with a strong track record of experience with one of the largest commercial real estate service firms in the US.
