Our client is a for-profit community developer that is expanding its affordable housing development and management footprint into neighboring states.
SCI was engaged to help hire a development executive to work closely with the CEO and COO in identifying and pursuing affordable housing acquisition/rehab development opportunities while also extending the company’s geographic range and potentially expanding into other asset classes within multifamily housing.
The search resulted in the hiring of an individual whose experience included working with two of the largest affordable housing developers in the US.
