The company has preserved and developed nearly 1300 units of affordable housing as well as over 85,000 square feet of commercial space.
The organization retained SCI to help hire a senior asset management professional to take the lead in maintaining high quality and financially sound affordable housing and commercial assets, participating in all phases of its deal from development through stabilization and re-financing.
