SCI was retained to recruit a development executive to oversee a mix of projects including a 975-acre site for an industrial office park; a 1,000-acre deepwater industrial port; 90-acre site planned for mixed use commercial projects; a 60-acre retail site retail shopping center; 30 single sites to be developed for a specialty retail chain; and various additional scattered sites.
The search concluded with the placement of a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in commercial land development.
