SCI was engaged to recruit the SVP of Property Management, reporting to the CEO and directing the company's property operations, including developing systems, protocols and structures to organize both central office support and on-site property management. The division includes approximately 350 people led by three Regional Vice Presidents and eight Portfolio Operations Managers and encompasses almost 90 properties.
The search was successfully completed with the hiring of the senior property management executive from a major regional non-profit developer and manager of affordable housing.
