SCI was engaged to recruit a senior real estate finance professional responsible for leading teams in the servicing and asset management of multifamily loans originated by the company for FHA in accordance with their requirements. Reporting directly to the CEO, the position is also responsible for the servicing of bridge and mezzanine loans retained by the company.
The search resulted in the successful hiring of an individual with extensive experience in servicing, asset management and risk management of large multifamily loan portfolios.
