Our client is the national community development lending division of one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, offering a fully integrated platform providing debt and equity solutions for low-income housing projects, especially Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing.
As part of the strategic plan to grow the company's affordable housing debt production, SCI was engaged to recruit an experienced mortgage banking executive to market and coordinate the delivery of various banking products and services to clients and prospects. Permanent loan executions offered include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and bond financing.
The search was successfully completed with the placement of an affordable housing finance expert who had most recently overseen a major region for leading multifamily and commercial lender.
