Following the company's acquisition by a leading global investment manager, the incoming CEO recognized the need for a strategic overhaul of the company’s operations and the establishment of a corporate culture focused on both revenue growth and customer service. He engaged SCI to completely rebuild the organization's operations management structure to meet that vision.
SCI assembled a dedicated team that worked closely with the client's executive leadership and human resources teams to develop and implement a strategy for this major staffing project, a significant part of which was the recruitment of individuals from non-traditional, customer service-focused sectors (such as hospitality and retail).
