As part of its strategy to increase its holdings in core markets and to pursue opportunities in other high-growth logistics submarkets, the company retained SCI to identify and recruit a senior-level executive to oversee the acquisitions department and its team. Reporting to the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, the role is responisble for evaluating and assessing potential real estate acquisitions, re-development opportunities, and new construction development opportunities.
The search was successfully completed with the recruitment of the Head of Acquisitions of a national industrial and IOS real estate firm who has completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion in his career.
