Our client is a Fortune 500 corporation and a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of durable consumer products, with a global real estate portfolio in excess of 75 million square feet.
SCI was retained to help hire an experienced individual with significant construction management experience, preferably in warehouse and industrial facilities, to join the company's real estate delivery team. Reporting to the Manager of Global Construction and Work Place Management, this role has primary responsibility for the execution of a variety of projects ranging from large tenant improvements to new and/or owned construction, both domestically and internationally.
The search assignment was successfully completed with the placement of a senior construction manager from a general builder focused on distribution and manufacturing facilities.
