SCI was engaged to recruit an experienced real estate executive to lead and help grow the company’s operations in multiple business units, with an initial focus on multifamily and technology/business systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, this a key leadership role in developing and implementing strategies, goals and objectives to realize the strategic plan vision and maintain the corporate mission.
We successfully recruited the head of the residential division of a large regional owner and operator of high-quality multifamily and office and properties for the role.
