When the company embarked on a ten year, $300 million+ construction improvement plan that included the major renovation/expansion of three luxury hotel properties, SCI was retained to recruit an experience construction management executive to oversee the program. This individual will act at the owner’s representative and be responsible for planning, budgeting, selecting, hiring and managing architects, engineers and contractors for all of the projects.
