Our client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial master-planned community developer and homebuilder with operations in multiple Western states that delivers approximately 1,200 houses per year.
The company engaged SCI to recruit a chief operating officer responsible for P&L management of three operating divisions, reporting to the CEO and peer to CFO in running the overall day to day operations of the company.
SCI placed an individual who had successfully run a multi-state homebuilding operation and had previous experience overseeing construction for a division of one of the largest public homebuilders in the US.
