The company engaged SCI to recruit a senior executive responsible for the raising of capital required for the continued growth and expansion of the organization from such sources as pension funds, life companies, family offices, trusts and high net worth investors. The individual will raise a variety of fund types (open or closed, discretionary vs. non-discretionary) with a range of strategies (new development vs. acquisition, core vs. value add). Person will also seek other capital arrangements outside the funds for the financing of the company's other growth or operational needs.
SCI successfully recruited the senior financial officer overseeing capital markets for one of the largest regions of an NMHC Top 5 developer.
