Our client is a national community development financial institution that serves the real estate financing needs of over 200 organizations that undertake real estate development projects beneficial to their communities, including affordable rental, for-sale housing and commercial projects.
SCI was engaged to recruit the Chief Credit Officer for the organization, a member of the senior management team that includes the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Lending Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The CCO has lead responsibility for independently managing the loan portfolio as well as implementing the organization's plan for continued growth in lending impact and development of new products that will result in the doubling of the loan portfolio.
SCI successfully placed an individual who had previously been the head of portfolio asset management for one of the most prominent community development investment platforms in the US.
