Our client is the private investment firm of a major international family office focused on four principal areas: real estate, middle market, fixed income and healthcare.
SCI was retained to recruit an asset manager to oversee the company’s portfolio of nearly 2,000 units across multiple properties, including Class A new developments and a mix of Class B and C properties, some targeted for repositioning. This role will establish an in-house management group as the portfolio grows through value-add acquisitions assets or as the company provides equity to developers.
The search was completed with the successful placement of an executive from a leading regional multifamily owner/manager.
