SCI was retained to recruit an executive for the company's investment advisory group, assisting in the growth of the hotel investment portfolio by leveraging the firm's expertise in new development and construction. Reporting to the COO and supported by a team of analysis, accounting, brokerage, development and leasing professionals, this individual is responsible for sourcing and identifying both on- and off-market direct investment opportunities as well as the active investment management of the portfolio.
